Adult Training Program
When it was realized that there was nowhere the graduating young adults could go to learn a skill, the Adult Training Facility was birthed to ensure that these young persons with disabilities could acquire skills that would allow them to deal with challenges in the future, and possibly place them in the job market.
It has been our mission to empower young Barbadians with disabilities through training, development of entrepreneurial skills to enable them to increase their participation in the economic development process in Barbados.
The program is an integrated training program that caters to young adults between the ages of 16-50 years. This skills training program is offered for an initial two (2) to three (3) years.
